The Coaldale Farmers’ Market will be open from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm for shoppers. Vendors can set up early, starting at noon. All vendors must be open for business during hours of operation.

Supporting Local Groups

The Coaldale Farmers’ Market is proud to support local clubs and non-profit organizations! If your group is looking for a fun and community-focused way to fundraise, consider running the Market Concession for a day.

 

Clubs can apply for a specific market date to sell light concession items and raise funds for their programs or upcoming events.

  • FREE – Vendor fee will NOT be applied.
  • The concession space includes access to a fridge, power, water, and a sink.
  • Please bring your own supplies — the space is minimally stocked.
  • No on-site cooking is permitted, but plug-in roasters and small appliances are allowed.
  • Popular sale ideas include taco-in-a-bag, hotdogs, popcorn, chips,

Application Proccess

  • Groups interested in applying for concession will be treated like a vendor and will need to fill out all forms related to becoming a vendor.
  • This includes taking the Alberta Food Safety Basics for Farmers’ Market, a free course available online.
